Afrin Fathima V. N, born on May 1, 2007, in Thrissur, Kerala, is a young achiever who turned her challenges into triumphs. Living with 40% disability (MR with leukomalacia), she embodies courage, confidence, and strength — proving that beauty truly lies in resilience.
Daughter of Nazirutheen (Ansar) and Rahana (Binjula), Afrin made history by becoming the Overall Winner in Kerala’s first-ever beauty pageant for children with disabilities in 2025.
Afrin Fathima was honored by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, and later received the Kalam International Award in Chennai. Her achievements were celebrated by several eminent personalities including District Collector Arjun Pandian, MLAs E. T. Tyson Master and C. C. Mukundan, MP Benny Behanan, Former MP T. N. Prathapan, and Director Kamal.
She was also honored at the P. Jayachandran Music Foundation, Bahadur Smrithi 2025, and received the Kalabhavan Mani Memorial Award.
Currently studying in Class +2 at VPMS NDP HSS, Kazhimbram, Afrin continues to inspire people with her unbreakable courage and boundless positivity.
